Make prepaid your starting point
Use your existing customer relationships to introduce prepaid SIMs and relevant data or recharge offers. Be clear about the offer and use the approved customer registration process.
Bring more products into the conversation
Ask whether the customer also needs prepaid fibre, monthly home fibre or connectivity for their business. You do not need to assume every product fits every person; start with their need and location.
Know the offer before you promote it
Check the current price, bundle size, network, validity and eligibility. For fibre, confirm coverage, equipment, installation and contract terms. Share approved product information that is still current.
Confirm your earning terms
Free SIMs and R18 per approved qualifying summer activation apply to the shop and freelance field-agent programme under its written conditions. Other products have their own commission or referral arrangements. Confirm these and the payment timing during onboarding.
Introduce your shop
Choose Shop agent in the application. Add your town, province, products of interest and a short description of your shop. Leave identity documents and customer information out of this first enquiry.
